AdRotate Plugin Needed!

    I would like the AdRotate Plugins which i want to use to for Ads where visitors(to be more specific business owners) can place an advertisement on my website in other to promote their business which is one of the major purpose for creating my website. However this plugins can be found in https://wordpress.org/plugins/adrotate/installation/.

    All it is needed for wordpress to do is to reactive the ‘add’ under the plugins which will enable one to upload the AdRotate plugin file manually or include it among the plug-in already pre-installed. Thank you
