  In short: No.

  WordPress.com doesn’t allow third party advertising, unless you have a VIP site.

  The revenue generated from the occasional ads shown on your free site will not be shared with you. If you’d like to have those ads not show up, you will need to upgrade to the Premium or Business plans.
