  hi wordads are not showing on my site. all i see is ‘about these ads’ link

  What is the name of the site you need help with? Are you running any ad blockers? The site needs to have a custom domain to be eligible for WordAds. Here is the contact form for WordAds https://wordads.co/contact/

  no adblockers. google ads show fine

  Is Jetpak installed and connected? As well as the AdControl plugin for WordAds? If they are, you can contact staff through wordpress.com/help/contact or http://jetpack.me/support/

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   You’re welcome. What I posted is exactly what Staff instructed us Volunteers to provide which is (1) directions to the correct place to get WordAds support and (2) directions to the correct places to get Jetpack support. Best wishes.
