  It’s a bad idea to post your phone number on a public forum, unless you want to be flooded by spammers. WordPress.com doesn’t have phone support.
  To remove ads from your site, you can just upgrade to any paid plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Hi Cris! I removed your phone number from the post. We aren’t in a call center, and don’t want anyone calling you pretending to be us.

  And yeah, @staartmees is right; if you’ll log in with a mobile browser and go to https://wordpress.com/pricing or https://wordpress.com/plans, you can upgrade to Personal or whatever plan you’d like.
