  Payment is always made to the PayPal address you have set via Settings -> WordAds in your blog’s Dashboard on the last business day of the month once you have accumulated over $100 in Earnings.

  I would say that WordPress.org outside of Wordads is the better bet for you if you are interested in doing with video ads.
