  I have a premium plan but ads are still showing up on every page. how do i hide them?

  What is the URL of the site you refer to as having a premium plan upgrade please? The site above has no been updated since 2016/11/04/ and I do not see any ads being displayed on it.

  There are no upgrades owned by the account you are logged in to — all of your sites are using the Free plan. What is the URL of the site you purchased a Premium plan for?
