I paid for no ads on my blog but I still get ads, can you take them off please? Thank you.
PS It’s ads that appear when the main page is opened, and it’s impossible to get rid of it.

It looks like the upgrade is set up properly, so ads shouldn’t be appearing on your site.
If you’re still seeing ads, could you take a screenshot of where they appear?
http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/You can upload the screenshot to your media library.
Let me know once you’ve done so, and I’ll take a look. :-)

It is in my library, last photo, under the name of ‘Ads’.
The ad is changing every time. -
It’s written below: ‘ads not by this site’, don’t know what it means as the ad is there.

OK, I did so (clearing out cache and cookies), but it’s still there. I put a new picture in the library (‘ads_brasil’), it’s a Brazilian ad, as I am in Rio right now.

Could you please try and disable all your browser extensions.
Otherwise try a different browser, for example Firefox or Google Chrome.
