  Hi, my ads stop showing on my website and my settings keep turning the ads off. I have to reset it every five mins. I sent several messages to WordPress but no one is replying to my messages. Please help.

  I did the health check and it says that the health check is good but I am still having the same problem.

  Hi @shenitae, let’s take a closer look.

  • Is this the page where you’ve turned ads on and it gets turned off again?
  • Are you currently using other ad networks alongside this one?
  • And, do you recall when the problem started? Did the ads just stop loading one day, or has this been an issue all along for you?

  That’s where I have been resetting the ads’ settings every five mins. I am not using any other ad network. The problem started three days ago.

  Thanks @shenitae. It’s possible the ads are conflicting with some other plugin on your site.

  Would you mind temporarily deactivating all plugins that we don’t manage, then toggling ads and waiting 5 minutes, just to see if that keeps the toggles on? Let us know what you find.

  Also, can you let us know which toggles you’re using when you turn the ads on? If you want to just get a screenshot and add it here, that will do.
