    Hi there!

I noticed your site is still on the free WordPress.com plan. You registered only a domain, which is not a WordPress.com plan. A WordPress.com plan removes ads from your site and enables a number of features (like additional storage space, themes, etc.).

Without a WordPress.com plan, your domain also redirects to the free WordPress.com address, as you’ll notice that charlieceps.com goes to charlieceps.wordpress.com.

To set this domain as the primary address and remove ads, you’ll want to upgrade to a WordPress.com plan. Our yearly plans include the first year’s domain registration.

So, if you upgrade to a yearly WordPress.com plan using the link below, we can refund the £12 you paid for this domain, as the domain registration cost will be covered by the yearly plan’s free domain credit (It’s available for the first year only).

Please let us know after upgrading so that we can set up the domain for you.

Feel free to let us know if you have more questions.
