  ok, I got in, (through safari) – it seems I need to upgrade to a paid for domain to get word ads. This will cost $18 a year – not much, but then my blog attracts about 30 000 hits a year, mainly on one page. I can’t find any info on how much I am likely to make through word ads based on those statistics – can anyone help? Thanks

  Never mind, I think I found the answer and its that you will get paid peanuts to have big ads all over your blog. Not interested, thanks x

  Actually, the Word Ads upgrade REDUCES the number of ads displayed on your blog compared to no upgrades at all.
