Ads and Personal upgrade.

  I’m thinking about upgrading from Free to Personal. Quirk: I don’t mind if WordPress advertises on my blog. Is it a choice i can ‘toggle’ if I upgrade?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,

  Advertisements are removed when upgrading to a Personal, Premium, or Business plan.

  WordPress.com footer branding is removed only when upgrading to a Business plan (i.e. “Powered by WordPress.com” and other variations located at bottom of site).

  Hi there,

  Upgrading to a plan will remove ads from your site, period. You cannot choose to still show our ads even if you have a plan.

  However, if you upgrade to a plan and add a custom domain to your site you can apply to our WordAds program. Then you can enable ads on your site and share in the revenue generated from those ads. You can find more information here:
