Ads and Subscription Renewal

Hello,
I had a quick question we currently have a blog and I have gotten notifications of it expiring soon. I wanted to know if instead of renewing it for a year we can do monthly. Also how can we remove the ads from our blog and if we were to consider ads how much revenue would we receive in a month?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no monthly payment plan here. We all pay in full for upgrades at the time of purchase.
