Ads appearing even with no ads paid for

  I have paid for no ads for some time now and a couple of days ago I saw an ad on one of my posts. I have checked and confirm that I am paid up with no ads until April 16.

  When posting a new post today I saw the warning at the bottom saying that sometimes an ad would be placed there (I am sure that warning has not been there since paying for no ads)

  How do I resolve this issue?
