Ads being displayed on my pages. I want to earn from those Ads.

I host a blog http://www.skatax.wordpress.com. Recently I get to see ads on the posts. Since we already are having a moderate traffic I would like to earn from these ads.
Please let me know how the deal is to be finalized and what steps are to be taken from our end.
