  My blog is a church stories blog but the ads served to my blog are very inappropriate for my audience, is there anyway ads can be targetted to my content or else I am considering to close down this account.

  Ads can’t be targetted. The only solution to remove those ads is by upgrading to a paid plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/
