  For the WordPress Business Plan, can you put Google Ads and use Disqus commenting system? I heard changes were made this year.
  P.S. I know WordPress has Ad Words. I am asking about other ad services other than affiliate links and word ads.

  In short, the business plan upgrade allows you to add other ad revenue networks on your site. See the Advertising section in this guide https://en.support.wordpress.com/monetize-your-site/#advertising

  If you want to use a different commenting system other than the built in one, you can use a plugin as long as it is compatible with the WordPress.com platform. More details in that business plan support guide.
