Ads getting more frequent?

  Hi. Is it my imagination or are ads getting more frequent on wp.com? I seem to be noticing them more often on my blog when I’m not logged in. … Do you actually get them at all if you’re logged in? (Or is frequency different?)

  If you are logged in your won’t see them.. I you use Firefox 3.6.13 with AdBlockPLus like 44% of those browsing the web and I do you then won’t ever see them.

  I clicked too soon. We Volunteers cannot answer questions about the nature and frequency of advertising on any particular blogs, only Staff can. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

  No. I’m telling you the truth we Volunteers do not have a clue about the advertising aspects of wordpress.com, only Staff are in the know.

  OK, but I only asked whether others had noticed increased ad frequency. That question stands, if anyone has observed anything. I sense I have.

  If the frequency might be blog-specific, as you half imply, that’s interesting to speculate on.
