ads (Mac/Windows)
-
Under Mac-OS I see no ads in my blog, but under Windows 7 there is advertisement in my blog.
Under some Windows computers there are no ads. How comes that it is this different?
Can you do something about it?

You won’t see ads on your blog when you’re logged in to WordPress.com.
Were you logged in to WordPress.com on the Windows computers?

No. I tested it in an Internet Cafe and there were no ads. On my Windows laptop there were ads, although I was not logged in.

Is this regarding http://thiesstahl.wordpress.com/ ?
If so, I don’t see any ads there myself, as you do have a Premium Plan.
Would you please take a screenshot of the ad you’re seeing and upload it via Media -> Add New in your blog’s Dashboard so we can take a look?
Here’s how to make a screenshot:
Please note that it’s possible for ads to appear in your browser that were *not* placed there by WordPress.com. These ads are sometimes caused by malware or a virus, but more often it is due to a browser extension or toolbar that you may have installed in your browser.
These sites have further explanation and suggestions for eliminating the ads:
