  my ads are not showing when I refresh the page.
  is it the theme ive chosen?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there, I have checked your Ads account, and it is active and I do not see any issue with that.

  Can you to to Appearance Widgets and add the Cookies and Consent banner block to one of your footer widget areas and the save?

  Then open in incognito/private browser window, visit your site and check, and if you happen to have any ad blocking extension on your browser, deactivate it also.
