Ads not showing up?

    Hi,

    I’m based in the UK and can’t see any of the ads which I enabled a while ago. When I spoke to support they said they could see it? Just want to see if anyone else can because it’s super weird

    Hi there:

    Since you have a Business plan, you have access to priority email and live chat support. You can access this priority support from your account page, where you can get help more quickly than by posting in the free public support forums.

    I’d recommend contacting live chat support again so they can look into this for you as it will require access to your site’s backend which we don’t have access to on the free support forums.

    For what it’s worth, I don’t see any ads on your site’s homepage either, so maybe they can better clarify where they’re seeing those.
