  I see ads showing on my blog. I pay for the premium service.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There are no text link ads and there are no pop-up ads placed by WordPress.com. Then can however appear to you as the result of a browser add-on or toolbar or downloading anything that has adware embedded into it.

  All WordPress.com placed ads are easy to identify as this link accompanies them http://en.wordpress.com/about-these-ads/

  Any other ads you see are not placed on the blog by WordPress.com. They are coming from a browser extension or toolbar.   If you use the information at the sites I linked to and still see ads please post screenshot http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ Upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it. Then type modlook into the sidebar.

  when you go to the “our blog” link and click on any title to open the article, you see video ads. The video ads have “about these ads” , click , it says that they are from wordpress.

  Then the only way to be rid of them is to purchase an annually renewable No-Ads Upgrade as I do for my blogs. http://en.support.wordpress.com/no-ads/

  @howard458 At present, you have a Custom Design and Domain Mapping Upgrade for hrsinvestigations.com.

  As @timethief said, you can remove ads from WordPress.com with the No Ads Upgrade:

  No Ads

  Since you already have several Upgrades, I recommend getting the WordPress.com Premium Plan, as it includes all of these Upgrades and is $99 a year.
