Ads on my blog?

Hi, I wonder if people see ads on my “edroxburghartist” blog. I have a “no Ads” feature paid until next year I believe, please advise. Thanks, Ed Roxburgh

Yes, it looks like ads are visible to your visitors. It’s possible that visitors who have accounts and are logged into WordPress.com may not see the ads.
I did not see the ads when logged in, I did see them when I logged out.
If you are unsure whether or not you have the “No Ads” feature purchased, you can check out your purchases over here:
https://wordpress.com/purchases
If you are still unsure, you can add the “Modlook” tag to this post. This will notify a staff member to check it out. They have access to your account and can clear things up for you. :)

Hi, Yes, I’ve checked and see a “no ads” purchase that’s ongoing with my account. Let me know what we can do so no ads are seen.

If you have the “No ads” purchase, then your visitors shouldn’t be seeing the ads. Unless, of course, you have a WordAds account and you want the ads there. :)
In either case, I have added the “modlook” tag to this post. It’ll call on a staff member to check out your account. They will clear it up for you.
You should start a new forum post with your issue. Try to be specific with what is not working. Also, let us know the URL of the site you are referring to. This information would help us to troubleshoot the issue. :)

I’ve fixed the cause of the ads appearing on your site.
Going forward you might be interested in our WordPress.com Personal Plan. For $35.88/year you would get a custom domain and the no ads feature.
With this you’d be able to disable ads on 3 sites for the same cost as you’re currently disabling on one site.
