  i have successfully verified my adsense account and posted ad html code to my blogs but it doesnot shows ads there

  Advertisements from third-party ad networks like Google AdSense, OpenX, Lijit, BuySellAds, and Vibrant Media are not allowed on WordPress.com.

  As stated in this official support document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/monetize-your-site/

  As a blogger on WordPress.com you can earn money using WordAds-the official WordPress.com advertising program available for site/blog owners.

  There are 3 paid plans on WordPress.com: Personal, Premium and Business. You can upgrade to any of these plans to monetize your site/blog using WordAds and start making money.

  You do not have direct access to WordAds with Personal plan(like you do with the Business or Premium plans). You have to meet some eligibility criteria if you want to use WordAds with the personal plan. One of the eligibility criteria is a custom domain — which can be registered using this plan.
