  Hello, several years ago I started a blog – schultziesworld.wordpress.com – and really didn’t do much with it. Recently I’ve decided I would like to begin using it and have noticed I have ads running on my posts? I can’t seem to find where they are coming from, and how to control them – not to mention who is benefiting from them? Any help would be appreciated – thank you

  WordPress.com is benefiting from the ads. They help to keep free sites free. The ads can be removed by upgrading to a paid plan: https://en.support.wordpress.com/no-ads/
