Ads on my blog keep disrupting the page

  There are ads on my blog that force the page to view them, so even if you are reading a different part of the article, it jumps down directly to the ad whenever the video starts over. It makes it impossible to read the article uninterrupted. These aren’t even ads I’m getting paid for, they are Word Press’s ads. How can I disable them or change the content so that it isn’t a movie that constantly loops?

  What is the URL starting with http:// of the site in question?

  Also https://indefenseofwomen.wordpress.com/ has not been updated since January 18, 2017.
