Ads on my PAID site!?

I recently realized there are ads showing on my PAID site! I tried to find a way to contact WordPress privately and not on a forum but that seems near impossible. Not a very customer friendly site! My site is paid and has been for years. Ads absolutely should not be showing on my site and I am furious this is happening. Ads showing make my business seem cheap and unprofessional. WordPress just renewed my fee but I’m not sure why I’m paying for something I’m not getting?! Not only do I demand that Ads stop showing on all parts of my site immediately but WordPress should provide me with some compensation since this has been happening for some time I’m now told by others!

@carpediemcounseling can you get a screenshot of the ads you’re seeing? You do indeed have a plan that should hide ads. I’m wondering if they’re coming from a browser extension.
If you can get a screenshot, go ahead and upload it to your media library, or to a service like cloudup or dropbox, then update us here.

no, I can’t get a screen shot now. If it happens again, I will be sure to take a picture and send it in. Also, your site should be clearer that paying for a domain does not remove ads, you actually have to pay for a subscription service as well. Paying for a domain only removes the “wordpress” from your website address.
