  I upgraded to premium but still have ads on my site.
  Why?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  It looks like you have the Premium bundle purchase for svladypatty.wordpress.com, which means that you should have no ads showing up on your site.

  If you’re referring to a different site, you will need to purchase the no-ads upgrade.

  If you still see ads now, please take a screenshot of one of the ads, since it could be caused by a browser extension, and it would be helpful for me to see it. You can upload it to your media library.
