  I updated and paid for my domain registration back in February of 2019, but I now see that there are ads appearing on my website. I believe this shouldn’t be the case if I have a paid site, right?

  What is the URL of the site you are referring to?

  I do not see any sites connected to the account you are contacting us from. Is it a WordPress.com hosted site?

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  I also don’t see any sites on your account.
