  Hi, the site does not yet meet minimum traffic requirements. And while you could gain automatic approval by upgrading to Premium, without sufficient traffic you wouldn’t make much money.

  I’d recommend using the tips recommended here:

  Increase Your Site’s Traffic

  Please avoid any traffic-boosting methods that would not help advertisers, though (like schemes to buy traffic.) Anything that would not help the advertisers will ultimately not help you either.
