Ads on wordpress

  Why on some wordpress blogs are advertising and on the other there is no
  ads?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  well, you can upgrade to suspend ads if you wish. but here is some deeper explanation from WP on the subject matter

  Hi there. Unless you have a paid Plan which removes advertising, then WordPressdotcom reserves the right to display ads on your free site. Even on free sites, these ads are pretty sparse and are shown selectively depending on whether a user is logged in or not or coming from a search engine result or not. https://en.support.wordpress.com/no-ads/

  Payment for premium is 2.99 $ I’m from Polish. Can I pay in Polish
  the currency of the equivalent of the 2.99 $?
