  I wanted to see how I make money off the ads that are put on my page. And can I advertise other things now that I have my own domain?

  The only thing available to wordpress.com users is WordAds. You cannot do any other types of advertising here.

  i want to add WordAds into my site Betonnet.wordpress.com which is for bet… Can i add this having a paypal account?

  You have to be approved for WordAds and you also have to have a registered domain name. Not everyone qualifies.
