Ads showing no ads served

    Hello – I converted from the Google ad platform to JetPack’s offering about 2 weeks ago. However, my earnings page is still showing zero ads served, although I know that ads are being served up through testing.

    What can I do about this?

    Just wanted to let you know that I’ve asked someone from the ads team to look at your account — I’ll follow up with you as soon as I have more information.

    Hi again,

    We’ve checked your account and ads are operating as they should. Earnings are recorded over the course of a month, then finalised and posted the following month. It’s normal to see $0 until that point.

    You can expect to see your earnings around the middle of next month. In the meantime, I hope this puts your mind at rest.
