Ads showing on my blog – I have the "no ads" upgrade

Hi – I have the “NO ADS” upgrade and this morning ads are showing again.
Can you help us with this please?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Could you clarify the site where you are seeing the ads?
I am showing that you have the No Ads upgrade for ptcqro.wordpress.com but not for your other site, so I wanted to make sure there’s no mix-up there.

I loaded your site in a couple different browsers with all my ad-blocking extensions disabled and still couldn’t see any ads.
Screenshots are a huge help in situations like this. Can you please take a screenshot of some of the ads and upload it to your site (under Media > Add New in your dashboard)?

Ahh, I see the issue.
Notice the “ads not by this site” message below the ad? These ads are sometimes caused by malware or a virus, but can also be due to a browser extension or toolbar that your business partner may have installed in their browser.
