Ads showing when I paid not to have them

  Why are ads showing on my blog when i paid for no ads?

  I paid up until 12/11/2013 to not have this happen.

  All WordPress.com placed ads are easy to identify as this link accompanies them http://en.wordpress.com/about-these-ads/

  Any other ads you see are not placed on the blog by WordPress.com. They are coming from a browser extension or toolbar.   Hello Sharon,

  I have reviewed your account and see you do have an ad free site until November. I took a look at your site and was unable to see any ads. If you do see ads again will you please take a screenshot and let us know so we can take a look.

  The ad that popped up is now gone.
