  Is it possible to put ads on my blog if I subscribe to the Premium upgrade?

  The Premium ad grade contains a No-Ads upgrade in the package. You can purchase domain mapping separately.

  No. The only package here that allows blogger-initiated advertising is the $30,000 a year VIP program.
