  Hello in free plan google adsense is not allowed?
  If you’d like to self-manage third-party ad networks like Google AdSense, OpenX, Lijit, BuySellAds, and Vibrant Media, those options are available on the WordPress.com Business Plan. Sites on the Premium Plan and below can run WordAds, which optimizes buyers including Google AdSense but they cannot self-manage ad networks.

  Hello @pandeybankim,

  Correct. You need a Premium or Business plan upgrade to do Google Adsense on a site hosted with WordPress.com.

  As you may already know, you are quoting from:

  which offers more information on options for monetizing a site hosted on WordPress.com.

  @webmasterto That is not true. The Premium Plan will not grant access to Google AdSense, you must have the Business Plan to use Google AdSense on WordPress.com.

  @pandeybankim — you can apply for WordAds on the Free plan but Google AdSense is not supported.

  @webmasterto — I just wanted to confirm that third party advertising networks like Google AdSense are only supported on WordPress.com sites with the Business plan (not the Premium plan): https://en.support.wordpress.com/monetize-your-site/#advertising.
