  I have uploaded the plug in site kit so i can add add sense to my wordpress. Its been 30 minutes and its still loading tring to connect my adsense account. Is this normal ?

  As you can’t upload third party plugins on a free wordpress.com website, I guess you are talking about a site using the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
