AdSENSE code changes after I save

    The adsense code that I paste in an article or widget changes after I update. I doesn’t remain the same at all. From about 8 lines of instructions there are just 2 or 3 lines left that look more like text.

    Of course Adsense doesn’t see those links to post the ads. What can be causing this problem? Thank you for your help!

    Third party code, such as that required by Google AdSense, cannot be installed on WordPress.com sites. This is a security risk as we cannot vet all outside code and it puts our users, their sites, and our servers at risk.

    AdSense plugins are only usable on self-hosted WordPress.org sites.

    I know the difference between .com and .org can get confusing, so here’s a breakdown of the benefits of each:
