  No blogger initiated advertising is allowed on free hosted WordPress.COM blogs. If you want to monetize a blog then your have two choices only.

  1. Hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.ORG install. http://wordpress.org/

  2. There is only one advertising program at WordPress.COM for blogs on their own domains. If the blog is accepted into the WordAds program then the income is split 50% – 50% with WordPress.COM.

  You need to take the other ads off your site before it gets suspended
