  Hi,

  WordPress.com has a official advertisement program WordAds to monetize your site, you can read more about it here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/monetize-your-site/

  Google adsense is not allowed on wordpress.com, to use that you will have to go to hosting services which offer wordpress.ORG hosting.
