Adsense not working properly

Hey all,
I recently added adsense manager and it seemed like it was working great. It made widgets for my google ads and I placed one on both sides of the main content. I also edited the comments.php file and placed an advertisement right after my website says “Leave a reply” right above the comments field. Everything works great when I am at the homepage of my website, the advertisements are all there and if I click on any article the advertisements work fine.
heres the problem! When I navigate away from the homepage, my right sidebar advertisement dissapears. It leaves a blank area there. And also the one that I put in at the bottom by my Leave a reply disappears as well. I have noticed this happens with my bookmarks too. Everything works fine on the homepage but when I navigate away from the homepage they dissapear.
Any suggestions are MUCH appreciated, sorry for the lengthy question.

We are not allowed to have adsense on wordpress.com blogs and that is why the software here will strip the code out.
On the other hand, your blog is not a wordpress.com hosted blog. You are in the wrong forum. If you have a web host contact your host. If you are self hosting software downloaded from wordpress.org then this is the forum for you http://wordpress.org/support

Ah, very sorry for the confusion. Well, turns out directly after posting this support question the advertisements began to work again. I have a love hate relationship with computers for these tiny annoyances! lol. Thanks for the response though, now I know for later.
