I have a Premium Version and is impossible added a Plugin on my blog.
How is possible added Adsense plug in?

As @galois has already pointed out, Google Adsense is not allowed on WordPress.com. No upgrade changes this.

what is the minimum of pages or post can i run before i can apply for ad? can i choose any subject to discuss in my blog once is not violent your policy after i register my domain? would i have access to plugins after i register my domai and all other features that are not in free wordpress.com? what is the difference between wordpress.org and wordpress.com? am looking forward to hearing from you thanks (email visible only to moderators and staff)

You don’t need a custom domain for that.

No plugins can be used on WordPress.com. No upgrade changes this. Plugins cannot be used here, period.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/If you have a self-hosted blog using the WordPress.org software, then you’ll be able to use plugins and install AdSense. To have a self-hosted site you need to buy a domain AND a hosting account from a web hosting company like Bluehost. In other words, your site will have nothing to do with WordPress.com.
