Adsense Problems with WordPress

I have started hosting my blog through BlueHost, but I still can’t get adsense to work even with a self hosted WordPress blog. All that shows up is a box, but no ad. I read that wordpress.com won’t allow adsense, but self hosted will, so I am asking you if it is because I started with a wordpress.com blog and now I have a wordpress.org blog, is it because the wordpress.com blog is still open and if so what do I need to do and how do I delete it because I have tried everything and contacted BlueHost and Google and they both said I shouldn’t be having any problems with the ads showing up.

Here is my .org self hosted blog and you can see blue boxes where my ad should be. It has been over 48 hours so this isn’t a time problem.

We cannot help you here at WordPress.com with those two sites as they not being hosted by WordPress.com. This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.
