Advanced Custom Fields not appearing on menu

    With my site plugin install (ACF Pro), I can not see the menu options on the left hand menu? Why might this be?

    Hi there,

    The only site I see under your WordPress.com account does not actually have the option to add plugins (you need the Business plan to be able to do that) but is a free site with limited features: https://test569453783.wordpress.com/

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
