Advanced Editing Toolbar by default?

When writing or editing a blog entry, is there a way to have the Advanced Editing Toolbar appear by default? I cannot see that option anywhere. Thanks.

Sometimes the visual rich text editor spontaneously turns itself off. To ensure use of the visual rich text editor be sure you have marked the checkbox here -> Users -> My Profile (click “Update Options” to save).
If the toolbar disappears I believe you can can use:
    AltV – IE or
    ShiftAltV – FF
    to bring it back again.
Also take note of the keyboard shortcut info in this thread https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic.php?id=6130
And if this doesn’t directly address your question then please forgive me for misunderstanding.

Thanks. The “visual rich” editor is already enabled. I’m referring to the Advanced Editing Toolbar (last icon on the right, after Spellcheck and Help). That is the one with all the formatting and pasting controls. Right now, I always need to manually expand it. I was wondering if there was a way of having it expanded by default. Not a major issue, but would definitely cut down on the keystrokes.
