Advanced Link Settings
-
Hey there,
for each image I am uploading into my posts, I manually go to the options and tick the “Open link in a new window” Target option on.
Is there any way to tell WordPress to have this checkbox checked on by default without using PLugIns? Would save me a lot of time!
Thanks a lot
Cheers

There’s currently no way to do this in the Insert Image screen of the Media Handler, so unfortunately you’ll have to edit your images one-by-one. See here:

This means your free 3GB of space will be eaten up pretty quickly and it’s not necessary if you resize your images before uploading them. That has the added benefit of retaining image clarity as well. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/image-optimization/
