Advanced Local Pickup

I just updated my Advanced Local Pickup Pro plugin and am now having issues with the incorrect pickup location being sent to customers.
We have 3 locations, set by vendor and category. However, when an order is placed, the pickup location is correct in the cart, but the order confirmation page does not display the pickup location and the ready to pick up email says the default location, not the specific one set at checkout.
