That’s not possible. What triggers auto posting to social networks is post publication. Each scheduled post setting must be individually made on the post itself. There is no bulk command. https://en.support.wordpress.com/schedule-a-post/
NOTE: Scheduled posts do not actually publish until the first visitor to the site after the scheduled date and time clicks into the site and triggers publication of the scheduled post. https://en.support.wordpress.com/schedule-a-post/

Subscribing to this thread as on https://wordpress.com/plans page in my account I see “Advanced Social Media” feature under the Premium and Business plans. The details for this says, “Schedule your social media updates in advance and promote your posts when it’s best for you.”.
However, when I go to https://wordpress.com/pricing page, I don’t see “Advanced Social Media” option there.

I think it’s one of those blogs we have folks follow by default.. haha. One thing we do try to avoid, too, is making announcements in the forums before they’re made on our blog. There are a number of reasons for that; for one thing we want our blog to be the most official.
But if you’re interested in seeing what’s up and coming, Github has all kinds of info. :)
