Advanced Social Scheduling

Hi. There is a feature on the Premium plan that allows you to schedule blog posts to post to Twitter and other networks according to a schedule you set. I think it’s called advanced social networking or something like that. I found it in the past to be a good internal alternative to social schedulers like MeetEdgar.
I have used it the past on one of my websites that is currently on the Premium plan. I have another website that I may be upgrading soon, and I wonder is this feature still available on the Premium plan with the recent changes? And what about the Business plan? Or even possibly the Pro plan? I’m leaning more toward the business plan because it has more storage that I need for my photography and ebooks when I start adding more to my website.

The ability to automatically share your blog posts on social media is available on all WordPress.com sites, including those that are on our Free Plan. See: https://wordpress.com/support/publicize/
The same is true of scheduling posts to publish at a later date, which is a feature you can also use on free sites: https://en.support.wordpress.com/schedule-a-post-or-page/
Combining both of these (publicize + post scheduling) will give you the functionality you are referring to, no upgrade needed.

Neither of these is what I’m referring to, and I’m amazed a staff member doesn’t know this. I’m reminded of the time a staff member tried to tell me that I could past a script code on a website with the Personal plan to get the Twitter timeline after it was deprecated, knowing fully well, no plan except the Business plan allows script codes for security.
Anyway I have researched and this is what I’ve found…
The feature is actually called Advanced social media.
It is not the Publicize feature, and it is not post scheduling.
The description of Advanced social media is as follows: Schedule your social media updates in advance and promote your posts when it’s best for you.
This is a feature in the post settings AFTER you have published a post. It is the Share option of the post (found by clicking the 3 dot menu on a post on the “all posts” page in your dashboard), but only available on the Premium plan or the Business plan. If you are on a Personal plan and try to use that option, you will be told an upgrade to the next plan is needed to use it.
If you do not know what this feature does, I will explain it. With Advanced social media, you can schedule tweets out to Twitter at a schedule you determine. For example I want to send a message out to Twitter about a post every Monday, I can go into this share option and manually set a schedule for each Monday for that post to send out to Twitter. It is similar to the Publicize feature that works when you publish a post, but this gives you more options for settings tweets to go out when you choose. It’s not just a one time thing like Publicize is. It essentially is a social media scheduler.
So what is not clear, is whether or not this Advanced social media feature is available on the Pro plan. May I get some more feedback on this please?
