advanced wordpress reset issues

  HI,
  in attempts to correct a mixup with a 3rd party theme i had installed, i used a plugin called advanced wordpress reset. After reading through the details and feeling assured i wouldn’t lose anything valuable i proceeded with the most basic reset. After it went through, i not only lost things it stated i wouldn’t but wordpress said my email wasnt register anymore. I regained access after making myself an admin and reentering my login credentials and so forth through my hosting site. Now with access to my dashboard, its like i just created my account with you guys. None of the plugin or anything is here, even the domain name is changed. It literally says launch your site to the world. I would appreciate any help you can provide as i think i have really caused some irreversible changes.
